10 Dart Marina

10 Dart Marina is a second-floor apartment in the Dart Marina development on the edge of the River Dart in Dartmouth. A picture window in the living area looks up the river and across to Kingswear, and the apartment sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath and a separate shower cubicle. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, and a family bathroom opposite it has a matching Kaldewei bath with a shower over. Two flights of stairs or a lift lead up to the apartment entrance.

The open-plan kitchen and dining room has a five-ring gas range and oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine, and the lounge has a flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod dock. WiFi covers the apartment, and all bed linen and bath towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own tea towels, beach towels and oven gloves.

One allocated parking space is provided, and it is a level walk along the embankment to Dartmouth's shops and restaurants. Children under 5 are not permitted, the property is strictly no smoking, and the pillows are feather, so guests with allergies should bring their own.
