1 Court Cottage, Hillfield Village

1 Court Cottage is one of six holiday homes in the Hillfield Village development, on the outskirts of Dartmouth. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and the development has its own gardens, an all-weather tennis court and a children's play area with a climbing frame, slide and swings, open all year round, though rackets and balls aren't provided.

The master king-size bedroom is on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom, whirlpool bath and handheld shower. The second bedroom is a twin with its own en-suite walk-in shower room and doors out to a furnished balcony with rural views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage sleeps 4 across the two bedrooms, both bathrooms fitted with a shaver socket and an illuminated heated mirror.

The open-plan living area has a kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, plus a dining area and a TV with DVD player and cinema surround sound. WiFi covers the cottage, and a highchair, cot and stairgate are available on request.

No pets are allowed at 1 Court Cottage and smoking is not permitted. Barbecues are prohibited across Hillfield Village under the development's own health and safety policy, and the shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, with the river around 0.3 miles for a riverside walk.
