16 Manleigh Park

16 Manleigh Park is a single-storey lodge in Combe Martin on the North Devon coast, reached via a few steps up to the property. It sleeps 4, a figure that includes infants, across two bedrooms, and this property does not accept arrivals on a Sunday. Guests can also use a shared on-site launderette.

The king-size bedroom has its own TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, while the twin room is served by a separate shower room fitted the same way. An open-plan living space combines the kitchen, a dining area seating 4 and a sitting room with two TVs, making it a good spot for meals or an evening of board games.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine chiller and coffee maker, and a washing machine is also fitted. Gas central heating and WiFi cover the lodge throughout. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent, and no pets are allowed.

Outside, wraparound decking with furniture circles the lodge, a spot for morning coffee or dining outdoors. Off-road parking is provided on site, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub about 0.2 miles, the beach roughly 1 mile, and a river about 0.5 miles.
