South Allington

South Allington lies near Kingsbridge in Devon, distinct from that town itself. Within this setting is Ferndale Orchard View, an apartment occupying the first floor of a large country house. It sleeps up to three across two bedrooms, one with a four-poster double and one single, served by a single bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The open lounge, diner and kitchen area combines slate and wooden floors, with the kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Guests staying at Ferndale Orchard View have access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a travel cot and highchair for younger visitors. Outside, an enclosed walled garden is shared with other guests, reached through a gate across a quiet, narrow road. Ample off-road parking is provided, and up to two dogs may stay, subject to additional charges.
