Ferndale Treetops View

Ferndale Treetops View is a second-floor apartment near South Allington, close to Kingsbridge in the South Hams. It sleeps four across two bedrooms: a double room and a twin room, the latter fitted with narrower 2'6" beds beneath restricted head height, so this room suits children rather than adults. There is one bathroom with a bath and WC.

The open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen forms the main living space, with a TV fitted with a fire stick and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice compartment, and a microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a shared laundry room rather than within the apartment itself.

Outside, guests can use an enclosed walled garden that is shared with other occupants of the property, reached through a gate across a quiet, narrow road. A footpath from the house leads towards the coast and on to Lannacombe Beach, roughly a 35-minute walk or a five-minute drive, though parking at the beach itself is limited. Ample off-road parking is provided at the property.

This apartment welcomes families, with a travel cot and highchair available on request, and up to two dogs are permitted, with additional charges possibly applying. Internet access is available. A pub and shop are around two miles from the property.
