East Prawle

East Prawle is a South Devon village near Kingsbridge. The Lookout sits within the village and presents a whitewashed exterior with plenty of kerb appeal. Inside, original floorboards, wood-panelled ceilings and oak furnishings give the interior a traditional character throughout.

The layout at The Lookout is arranged over two floors. A lower ground floor double bedroom comes with its own ensuite shower room, while the first floor holds an open-plan living space warmed by a wood burner, a galley kitchen fitted with the usual appliances, and a dining table beside the window. Two further bedrooms sit along the hallway, one double and one single with an optional z-bed, alongside a family bathroom with a bath. A garage doubles as a utility area, and sliding doors from the lounge lead onto a balcony with bar-style seating and a distant sea view. One dog is welcome, and parking is on the street.
