Marldon

Marldon is a village, distinct from the town of Totnes named alongside it in the marketing address of the Dartmouth Lodge. This lodge sits within the grounds of a Christmas tree farm and sleeps two in a single king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room featuring a walk-in shower and WC. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area brings together a wood burner, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

Outside, a paved area provides outdoor dining and seating alongside a private hot tub and a BBQ, with private parking for one vehicle. A pub, shop and beach are each noted within a short distance of the property, and one dog is welcome on request, though it must be kept on a lead and off the furniture. The external steps to the lodge mean it may not suit guests who require wheelchair access.
