Hiscott

Hiscott is a small hamlet near the town of Barnstaple in North Devon. Little Norwood is one of two barn conversion properties set across a shared courtyard, offering a straightforward layout for couples or small families sharing two bedrooms.

Inside Little Norwood, the ground floor is open-plan, with stairs dividing a lounge area featuring a woodburner and two sofas from a country-style kitchen/diner with exposed beams. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer and filter coffee machine, and there is a cloakroom with WC on this level. Upstairs, a super king bedroom and a king/zip-and-link twin room share a bathroom with shower and WC. Outside, a decked patio has garden furniture, a BBQ and a private hot tub, with off-road parking for one car. Dogs are welcome, up to two, and there is no access for children under eight.
