Norwood Barn

Norwood Barn is a barn conversion in the hamlet of Hiscott, near Barnstaple, sleeping two guests in one king-size bedroom. It forms one of two barn conversions set around a shared courtyard, offering a quiet setting while keeping a neighbouring property close by. Barnstaple itself is a short drive away, with shops, restaurants, a theatre, leisure centre and swimming pool, while beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! are also within reach.

The ground floor is arranged as open-plan living space. The lounge area has a recliner sofa, a wood burner and a Smart TV with Netflix; a first basket of logs is included, with further baskets available to buy from the owner. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, boiling water tap, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, airfryer and filter coffee machine, alongside a spacious island with dining seating attached.

A staircase leads up to the galleried bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed and a dressing area, with an adjoining shower room, WC and bathrobes provided.

Patio doors from the kitchen open onto an enclosed garden with a patio, garden furniture, a BBQ and a private hot tub. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and internet access is available throughout. Children under 12 cannot be accommodated, and up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00, with departure before 10:00, and the property is decorated for Christmas over the festive period.
