The lounge has a woodburner (the first basket of logs is included, with further baskets available to buy from the owner), two sofas and a Smart TV, while the kitchen/diner has a country-style dining table and exposed beams. The kitchen is well equipped, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer and filter coffee machine. There is also a cloakroom WC on this level.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the property's only bathroom, which has a shower, WC and complimentary bathrobes. The super king room offers plenty of storage, while the king-size room can be converted to twins on request. Outside, a decked patio with garden furniture and a BBQ sits alongside the private hot tub, and the patio area is enclosed.

There is off-road parking for one car and internet access on site. Children under eight cannot be accommodated, and up to two dogs are welcome, subject to an additional charge. Arrival is from 4pm and departure by 10am, and the property is decorated for Christmas during the festive season.
