Rowan

Rowan is a single-storey cottage close to a beach near Brixham, the working fishing harbour on the southern side of Torbay. The living/dining room has a Smart TV and dining seating for four, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.

Two double bedrooms sleep 4: one with a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower and heated towel rail, the other served by a separate bathroom with a bath and shower over, so each pair of guests has their own facilities close by. There are two enclosed gardens. At the front, a patio, lawn and furniture make a spot for morning coffee, while the rear garden has a gravelled area, lawn, patio, furniture and a hot tub for relaxing after a day out.

Rowan takes two well-behaved pets, though they should not be left unattended in the property. Private driveway parking is provided for two cars, with additional off-road parking available nearby. Electric heating runs through the house, and WiFi is included throughout.

This property does not take children under 12, and it accepts 7-night bookings only, with no short breaks available. The shop and pub are both 1.4 miles away, and the beach is 1.1 miles. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
