Seas The Day

Seas The Day is a single-level property in Hillhead, on the outskirts of Brixham, sleeping four across two bedrooms. It sits alongside its sister property, and the two can be booked together for parties needing extra space, with a further two guests accommodated next door on request.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with sofas facing a Smart TV and a dining area for everyday meals. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, air fryer, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Both bedrooms are on the same level as the living space: a double and a twin zip-and-link that can be converted to a super-king-size on request, though space is limited when set up this way. Each bedroom has its own TV. The single bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Outside, an enclosed garden to the front of the property offers a lawn, a patio and garden furniture, suited to dining outdoors or relaxing without heading straight to the coast. Private off-road parking is available for two cars, parked behind each other. Electric vehicle charging is on site, with two free charges included for a seven-day booking; this must be arranged in advance with the owner directly, and additional charging is payable.

A travel cot and highchair can be requested ahead of arrival. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Check-in runs from 3pm and checkout is by 10am.
