Garden View

Garden View is a lower-ground-floor annexe near the beach in Hillhead, close to Brixham, Devon, reached by 12 steps with a handrail down from a wooden gate. Off-road parking is provided at the front of the property, and a private decked terrace with furniture, not fully enclosed, gives space to sit outside. The property only takes bookings of 3 nights or longer.

The annexe sleeps 2 in a single twin room, with a shower room next door that has a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a breakfast bar, a dining area and a sitting area with a TV. Central heating runs throughout, and the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine, kettle and toaster.

WiFi is included, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all covered in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is around 1.3 miles away and the pub around 1.2 miles.

Nearby attractions named on the property's own page include Berry Head National Nature Reserve, Brixham Breakwater and the Golden Hind Museum Ship, a replica of Sir Francis Drake's ship in the harbour.
