Hayes Annexe

Hayes Annexe is a first-floor apartment reached by an internal staircase leading directly into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has sofa seating, a TV with Freeview and DVD, and a window seat looking out over the surrounding countryside near Harpford. A small dining table sits beside the kitchen, which is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and a small freezer just inside the entrance.

The property sleeps three, with a double bedroom furnished in wood and an additional pull-out bed available for a third guest. The single bathroom combines a roll-top bath with a separate walk-in shower and a WC in the same room. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request rather than as standard.

Outside, guests may use the owner's enclosed meadow, a mowed area with paths leading down to a pond and a seating spot, giving a quiet outdoor space to sit away from the apartment itself. Parking is provided for two cars. Shops and a pub are around a mile away, with the coast roughly two miles from the property.

This apartment suits couples or a small family, with a travel cot and highchair available for younger children. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Check-in runs from 14:30, with departure required by 10:00.
