The kitchen and dining area features quartz worktops, an island unit, induction hob, wine fridge and a large farmhouse table with French doors to the garden, while a separate utility holds the washer and dryer. Four bedrooms include two super-king zip-and-link rooms that convert to twins, a super-king and a king, with two en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom fitted with a whirlpool bath and separate shower. Underfloor heating runs throughout.

Outside, the enclosed garden at Northleigh has a patio, garden furniture, a fire pit with logs provided and a private hot tub beside the kitchen doors. Up to three dogs are welcome, though they are not permitted upstairs, and a stairgate is supplied. Parking for four small cars is available off-road. The property does not accept hen, stag or group bookings.
