Avonwick

Avonwick is a small settlement in South Devon, marketed under the address near Totnes. Accommodation here includes Dartmoor River Retreat, a self-contained pod for two positioned beside the River Avon within the grounds of a local pub. The pod’s studio layout combines a lounge, kitchen and sleeping area in a single open space, with a king-size bed, a sofa and Smart TV, and a compact kitchen fitted with a two-ring gas hob, combi microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. A shower room with WC completes the interior.

Outside, a decked area overlooks the river and includes a private wood-fired hot tub and a BBQ fire pit, with the first box of wood provided. A shared dry-heat sauna is available nearby at an additional cost per session. One dog is welcome, though must be kept on a lead, and private off-road parking for one car is available directly outside. Towels and linen are included, and a pub is within walking distance of the pod itself.
