Woodland Willow Cottage

Woodland Willow Cottage is a detached, single-storey property forming part of a small complex of three cottages near Langtree, close to Torrington in North Devon. It sleeps four across two bedrooms, making it suited to couples or small families rather than larger groups.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner runs beneath high ceilings with exposed beams, furnished with a sofa, armchair and TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and a bread-making machine, alongside a washer/dryer. The king-size bedroom and twin bedroom sit off this main living space, with a single family bathroom featuring a whirlpool bath and separate shower.

At the front of the cottage there is a private, fully enclosed garden with lawn, patio and outdoor seating, along with direct access to a further shared lawn area where children from neighbouring cottages can play together. A charcoal barbecue can be provided on request, as can a highchair and travel cot for families travelling with young children.

The wider site extends to around 8 acres and includes indoor and outdoor play areas, a gnome garden, a fairy walking trail, woodland paths and a stream, plus animal enclosures with alpacas, pygmy goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and a goose. Private parking is available for one car, with additional parking on request. Two dogs are permitted, though additional charges may apply, and wifi is available on site.
