Pratts Barn

Pratts Barn is a detached, restored barn on the outskirts of Langtree, a short drive from Great Torrington. Booked capacity is four guests across two bedrooms: a king-size double and a twin room containing one double and one single bed. Two dogs are welcome, and private parking is available for two cars.

Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area makes the most of the original high ceiling, cob walls and exposed beams. A wood burner with a first basket of logs included takes the chill off cooler evenings, and a Smart TV is on hand for film nights. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer and an espresso machine. The bathroom offers both a bath with shower over and a WC.

French doors from the lounge open to a private rear garden with a patio, lawn, garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Play equipment, swingball and goalposts are set up in the garden for children aged three and over, with supervision required at all times. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The Tarka Trail is reachable within three miles for walking or cycling, and the North Devon coast is accessible at Westward Ho! around eleven miles away. Great Torrington, with its Civil War connections and local shops, is approximately four miles, and a pub is around three miles from the barn.
