Rolling Bramble Cottage

Rolling Bramble Cottage is one of seven on a working farm complex near Langtree, a short drive from Torrington in North Devon. The semi-detached property has been converted from the original farm barns, retaining exposed beams throughout, and sleeps four across two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one twin. The single bathroom has a shower over a shorter-length bath with WC.

The open-plan ground floor combines a sitting area with sofa and armchair, an electric fireplace and a TV with DVD player, flowing into a well-equipped kitchen-diner. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine with milk frother, a bread-making machine with complimentary bread mix, and a washer-dryer. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Outside, the cottage has a private enclosed garden with lawn, patio and seating for all four guests. A shared lawn adjoins the site's wider grounds, which cover eight acres and include indoor and outdoor play areas, a gnome garden, fairy walk, woodland paths and a gentle stream. Each morning guests can join the owners for animal feeding, egg collecting and a tractor ride, with alpacas, a miniature donkey, pygmy goats, pigs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and a goose to meet. A charcoal BBQ is available on request.

Parking is provided for one car, with additional spaces available on request. Up to two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The nearest village shop and pub are around two miles away, and the beach is approximately ten miles. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
