Woodland View

Woodland View is a three-floor cottage in Muddiford, part of the Hewish Mill group, sleeping 4 across two bedrooms. The open-plan living space, with kitchen, dining and sitting areas, sits on the ground floor, opening onto a private front patio with furniture.

A double bedroom with its own TV is on the first floor, sharing a bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, basin and WC. The second floor holds a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that has a bath and shower over.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and oil central heating covers the cottage. Fuel and power, plus bed linen and towels, are included in the rent. A TV, DVD player, WiFi and a selection of books are provided, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with access to a communal, enclosed dog paddock, and the cottage is no smoking throughout. Woodland View can also be booked with the four other Hewish Mill cottages nearby, sleeping up to 26 guests in total. The shop is 4 miles away and the pub 3 miles. West Down, 5.7 miles away, has a Norman church and a 14th-century pub, with Ilfracombe a further 5 miles along the coast.
