Wood View Cottage

Wood View Cottage is an attached cottage in the countryside close to the village of Blackawton, set in 3.5 acres of grounds. It sleeps a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 16 plus an infant, across two bedrooms, and is close to Blackawton village itself.

The ground-floor double bedroom has an en-suite shower over bath and is reached down three steps from the living area; it is also the only bathroom in the cottage. Stairs from that bedroom lead up to a children's twin room with cabin-style beds under the eaves, so mind the low head height.

A farmhouse-style kitchen/diner with a range cooker and wooden dining table sits alongside a sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows over the countryside. A door from the ground floor leads into a swimming pool suite with an indoor heated pool, changing room and shower, shared with the property owners and available 9am to 5pm daily.

A shared games room with a bar offers pool and darts for evenings in, and the 3.5 acres of grounds include an unfenced pond, so children need supervising outside. No pets or smoking are permitted, oil heating covers the cottage, and the shop and pub are a mile away.
