Semira Tent Lodge

Semira Tent Lodge is a single-storey safari tent in the countryside near Blackawton, with a quirky, stylish interior built around an open-plan living space for the kitchen, dining area and sitting area. A king-size bedroom and a double bedroom share a shower room with a walk-in shower and steam room, basin and WC, so the tent sleeps four guests in total.

The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and a Smart TV and WiFi cover the living space for evenings in. Gas central heating keeps the tent warm, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent throughout your stay.

Outside, a front covered decking with furniture leads to a gravelled terrace with a fire pit, barbecue and picnic bench, a spot for alfresco meals when the weather is fine. Off-road parking is available, though there are five stairs to the gravelled area and six steps up to the decking, worth knowing if anyone in your group has limited mobility.

Semira Tent Lodge takes one well-behaved dog, and does not accept guests under 12. Smoking is not permitted, and the local shop is 1.6 miles away with the pub 2.1 miles, both a short drive from the tent.
