Sheplegh Court Garden Apartment

Sheplegh Court Garden Apartment is a ground-floor apartment in a former monastery at Blackawton, near Dartmouth, and is set up for a couple rather than a group. It sleeps 2 in a single king-size bedroom, served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen is equipped for home cooking with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and there's a living and dining room where the table seats two for meals in. Central heating covers the apartment, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi for evenings in with a book or a film.

Double glass doors lead out to a communal, non-enclosed garden with furniture, shared with the other apartments at Sheplegh Court, a quiet spot for morning coffee. Guests also have access to an outdoor pool, open from June to the end of September, a small indoor plunge pool for cooler months, a tennis court and a snooker room, useful for a rainy afternoon.

No pets or smoking are allowed at the apartment. The shop is around 1.5 miles away, the pub around 3.1 miles, the beach around 4.1 miles, and Dartmouth itself around 6.1 miles, so a car is worth having for exploring further afield.
