Withyside

Withyside is a four-bedroom holiday property in Croyde, North Devon, sleeping eight across a king-size room with en-suite shower, a double, a twin, and a bunk room. Within half a mile are Croyde Beach, the village centre, a pub, and local shops, making it practical to leave the car on the drive for stretches of the stay.

Downstairs, an open-plan living and dining area has a pine table seating eight and patio doors leading to the garden. A second lounge works well as a quieter space for children or for reading away from the main room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, while a separate utility room holds a washer-dryer, useful on a longer stay or after a day at the beach.

Two bathrooms serve the eight guests: an en-suite to the king-size bedroom with shower and WC, and a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. A further separate WC is also available. Entertainment includes a Smart TV with Freeview, a Blu-ray DVD player, and a Bluetooth speaker, with Wi-Fi throughout.

Patio doors on the ground floor open onto an enclosed lawn garden with a patio, garden furniture, and a BBQ. Private parking for three cars is on site, and there is storage for bikes and surfboards. Dogs are not accepted and guests should bring their own beach towels. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 09:00.
