Set in a quiet cul-de-sac a mile from the sandy beach at Croyde, this four-bedroom home sleeps eight and welcomes up to three dogs. Bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, two further doubles upstairs, and a ground-floor double with its own TV. A bathroom with a corner bath and electric shower is available alongside an additional WC on the upper floor; a separate WC sits on the ground floor too, so busy mornings are well catered for. A dedicated pet sleeping area in the second downstairs sitting room keeps dogs comfortable away from the main lounge.

The ground floor offers generous communal space: a lounge with wide windows and plentiful seating, a six-seater dining room through an archway, and a kitchen with tiled flooring and cream units. Steps lead up into the kitchen, worth noting for anyone with limited mobility. A glass-topped side table seats four for more casual meals, and the utility room, accessible from the garden, houses the washing machine and an extra fridge.

Outside, a large front lawn leads to a gravelled seating area with sun chairs. The rear garden includes a fenced decked area with an eight-seater round table, a wooden summerhouse with power sockets, and an enclosed stone courtyard with a charcoal BBQ and picnic bench. Bike storage is available on site. Private driveway parking fits one to two cars, with further on-street parking close by.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, combination microwave, hob and dishwasher, and two Smart TVs serve the sitting areas. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Beach towels are not supplied, so pack your own. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00.
