Wildflower Cottage

This single-storey cottage sits on a family-run, 60-acre cliff-top estate above Westward Ho! beach, with direct access to the South West Coast Path and the sand below. Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area centres on a wood burner with logs provided, and Smart TVs feature in the main room and all three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite: one with a corner bath, one with a walk-in wet room and one with a shower over the bath.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and wine cooler, while a utility cupboard holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Travel cot and highchair are available on request. The cottage accommodates 6 guests across three flexibly configured bedrooms.

A private enclosed courtyard off the hallway and lounge holds a 6-person hot tub, a gas BBQ and loungers. Three parking spaces are reserved for guests. A shared indoor play barn, open from Easter to the end of the October school holidays, offers table football, table tennis, basketball and a small pool.

The property overlooks a paddock with two elderly goats, so it suits only well-behaved dogs with reliable recall; two dogs are permitted and additional charges may apply. Pubs, shops and restaurants are 1.5 miles from the estate.
