Dormy House sits close to Westward Ho, with Northam Burrows Country Park Nature Reserve directly behind the property. The living arrangement is unusual: all three bedrooms and the main bathroom occupy the ground floor, while the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space is upstairs, arranged around bifold doors that open onto a balcony with countryside views towards Lundy Island.

The three bedrooms comprise two king-size rooms and one twin, sleeping up to six guests. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with walk-in showers, and there is a further family bathroom with a shower over bath on the ground floor. A separate garden room downstairs offers a two-seater settee and armchair looking out over the Burrows.

Practical provision includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and electric oven, along with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate for families with young children. The property does not accept infants under two. Private parking is available for two cars, and there is storage for bikes with electricity connected.

Outside, a lawned garden with a patio area provides space for outdoor meals, with direct access to Pebble Ridge for walking. One dog is permitted, with additional charges possibly applying. A pub, shop and beach are all within a mile. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
