Westward Breakwater

This first-floor apartment overlooks the sea and sits on the outskirts of Westward Ho, a popular seaside location in North Devon. The property sleeps up to 6 guests across three bedrooms: one king-size room with an en-suite shower room and WC, and two twin bedrooms. A separate bathroom with spa bath and shower over serves the remaining bedrooms. Each bedroom includes a TV, DVD player and DAB radio.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is fitted in a contemporary coastal style, with a large feature window drawing in natural light. A Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speakers occupies the lounge, while the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Private off-road parking for two cars is provided directly outside the property.

A decked terrace with garden furniture extends the living space outdoors and is home to a hot tub for evening use. A shared utility room containing a washing machine is available to guests on the complex. The beach is within easy walking distance, with local pubs, shops and restaurants also nearby.

One dog is welcome, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. Arrival is from 15:00 and departure by 10:00.
