The ground floor entrance leads upstairs to the first-floor bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, sea views, a Smart TV and en-suite with a freestanding copper bath and WC. Two further super-king-size bedrooms each have a Smart TV, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC serves these rooms.

Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area stretches across the property with glass front styling and splendid sea views. A Smart TV with games console provides entertainment, while the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave/combi oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table suits both quick breakfasts and evening meals.

The apartment is in Westward Ho, where two miles of sandy beach including a famous pebble stretch draws sunbathers and surfers. A pub, shop and the beach are all within 0.25 miles. The South West Coast Path is 0.5 miles away, with Northam Burrows Country Park offering sand dunes, salt marsh and natural seascape close by. Appledore fishing village is 2.6 miles distant.

Off-road private parking accommodates two vehicles, with electric vehicle charging on site. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00. Towels are included.
