Verity Cottage

Verity Cottage sits within walking distance of the harbour, beach, shops and restaurants in Ilfracombe, spread over three floors and set up for a couple or small family of up to four.

A step down from the front door leads into the entrance hall, with stairs rising to a half landing where the first double bedroom has its own TV and en-suite shower room with WC. The top floor holds the kitchen/diner, a separate lounge, the second bedroom (a king-size zip-and-link that can be made up as a twin if requested at the time of booking) and a bathroom with a shower over a roll-top bath and WC.

The lounge has a leather sofa and Sky TV with DVD player, plus a wood burner effect electric fire for evenings in. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, and a washing machine is housed in a ground-floor utility cupboard. A travel cot is available for younger guests.

There is no garden or outside space at this property. Parking is not included on site, though a permit can be purchased for approximately £35 per week for a nearby car park within walking distance. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
