Capstone 4 Sea Spray

This apartment sits right beside the water in Ilfracombe, reached by four external steps, and looks out over the sea through a large bay window in the open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen. The harbour and coastal path are both a short stroll away, and pubs and shops are within walking distance.

The double bedroom has its own TV, while the twin room offers comfortable beds but limited storage space, so this suits guests travelling light. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. A double sofa bed in the lounge can be made up for an extra fee, though this does not increase the maximum permitted occupancy of four guests.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the lounge has a Smart TV with Blu-ray DVD player alongside sea views. Wi-Fi is included throughout, and electric and central heating are also covered in the stay.

One allocated parking space is provided outside the apartment for a single car, but there is no private outdoor space attached to the property. Dogs are not permitted, and the apartment is not suitable for children under five years old. Arrival is from 16:30 and departure is before 10:00.
