10 Oceanside is a third-floor penthouse apartment in Ilfracombe, reached by lift or stairs, looking out towards the sea. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, with an open tread staircase leading up to a mezzanine snug.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the twin has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, so each room has its own facilities. The open-plan living area has a modern kitchen and patio doors onto a balcony.

The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the living area has a TV, CD player and WiFi. Gas central heating covers the flat.

10 Oceanside takes one well-behaved pet. Parking is available in a nearby chargeable public car park, and loading and unloading can be done outside the property. This apartment only accepts week-long bookings during July and August. The shop, harbour and pub are about 3 minutes' walk away, and smoking is not permitted.

Ilfracombe's Victorian harbour and the Tunnels Beaches are both within walking distance, and the coastal path is close by for walkers. Woolacombe's golden sands are a short drive away, and Exmoor National Park offers a day out on the moors.
