5 Arlington Villas

5 Arlington Villas is a third-floor apartment in Ilfracombe, reached by lift or stairs, with views out towards the sea from the open-plan living area and a private balcony. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The king-size double has an en-suite walk-in shower room, and there is a separate twin room, with a family bathroom serving the flat, fitted with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. A locked storage area outside is useful for surf boards or bikes, alongside a utility room.

The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and the living area has two Smart TVs plus a further TV with Freeview, DVD and Bluetooth speaker, all with WiFi. One car can park in a reserved space in the car park.

Cot and highchair are provided, though children must be supervised on the balcony at all times. The shop, beach and pub are about 3 minutes' walk away. There are six steps up to the front entrance of the apartment block. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.

Ilfracombe's harbour and the Tunnels Beaches are both within walking distance, and the coastal path around Capstone Hill starts nearby. Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton are all a short drive away for wider stretches of sand, and Exmoor National Park is close enough for a day out on the moors.
