Upper Tremorvah

Upper Tremorvah is a second-floor apartment in Dartmouth, reached via a small flight of steps down into a communal hallway and then up an internal staircase. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a super-king-size room and a twin room with 2ft6in singles that link into a king-size bed on request, given two weeks' notice. A bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate shower room, serve both bedrooms.

The open-plan living space combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas around a Juliet balcony over the River Dart, with a study for anyone working remotely. The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and there's a smart TV, WiFi and a computer monitor. Gas central heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent.

A parking permit for the town centre car park is provided, valid in an unallocated space or at the Park and Ride, with different rules applying during Regatta week and over the summer season, so check the exact terms before you travel. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub about 0.2 miles, the River Dart just 0.1 miles from the door and the beach around 0.7 miles. No pets are allowed, the apartment is strictly no smoking, and hen or stag parties are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
