Upper Deck

Upper Deck is a first-floor apartment in Dartmouth, styled with nautical touches, and it sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The two bedrooms comprise a double and a twin made up as zip/link beds, which can be arranged as a super king-size or twin on request with at least two weeks' notice. A single bathroom serves both rooms, with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen has a fridge with an ice box, a table-top freezer, a microwave, washing machine, electric oven and hob and a dishwasher, and the sitting/dining room has a TV and WiFi for evenings in. A small decked area with furniture sits just outside for morning coffee before heading out for the day. Gas central heating covers the apartment, and the feature fireplace is not for use.

A short stroll brings you to a selection of pubs, restaurants and bistros, plus shops for day-to-day essentials, and the Dart River is close by for sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and boat trips along the South West Coast Path.

There is no parking at the property; a permit is supplied for the Park and Ride car park at the top of town, though the bus service does not run all year round. The pub and shop are within 0.2 miles. No pets are allowed, the apartment is strictly no smoking, and bed linen is included though you will need to bring your own towels.
