Tucked Away Cottage

This modern two-bedroom cottage sits within the town of Seaton, close to shops, cafes, pubs and a bakery and butcher, with two supermarkets also within easy walking distance. It suits a small family or couples travelling together, sleeping up to four guests.

Inside, a hallway leads to a cosy lounge with French doors onto the rear garden, and a newly fitted kitchen/diner with table and chairs. A cloakroom on the ground floor has a basin and WC. Upstairs, the king-size bedroom is well decorated and the twin bedroom offers a good size for two, with both sharing the single bathroom, which has a bath, over-bath shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, with an iron and ironing board also provided. A smart TV with Freeview and catch-up players, an Alexa smart speaker and a disc player for DVDs and CDs are available for evenings in. Free wireless internet is included throughout the cottage, and bed linen and towels are provided, though guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

Outside, a small lawned area sits at the front, while a sunny enclosed patio garden with a picnic bench lies to the rear, accessed via French doors from the lounge. Parking is available in the adjacent Orchard Road car park, reached from the rear garden, and a permit should be purchased in advance from East Devon Council's website. No pets are permitted and smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
