Cliff View

Cliff View is a split-level duplex apartment on the second and third floor in the coastal town of Seaton, with no lift, so it may not suit those with restricted mobility. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, and the mile-long seafront is a short walk from the door. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms.

The open-plan living area is on the top floor, with a vaulted ceiling, feature beams and a private balcony giving views over Seaton, the Axe Estuary and the coast beyond. The kitchen and dining area share the same room, alongside a sitting area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV.

Downstairs, a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and there's a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus a pod coffee machine with an initial supply of pods included. A highchair and travel cot are available, and there's a Smart TV, WiFi and DAB radio throughout the apartment.

Allocated parking is provided for 1 car in a private car park. Cliff View does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout, and check-in is from 4pm with check-out by 10am the next morning.
