This terraced cottage sits within half a mile of the shops, cafes, pubs and beach in Seaton, on the South Devon coast. Entry is via a small porch for coats and boots, leading into a lounge/diner that combines original period features, a stone fireplace and exposed flooring with a Smart TV and dining table seating four.

A galley-style kitchen sits a small step up from the lounge, fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and slimline dishwasher, with direct access to the rear courtyard. The first floor holds the king-size master bedroom and a snug with a day bed and television; the family bathroom on this level has a shower over the bath and WC. A second, steep staircase leads to the twin room on the top floor, where a window seat sits beneath original beams. Low ceilings and beams run throughout the property, and both staircases require care.

Outside, a small paved courtyard to the rear is fully enclosed with steps down from the kitchen, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. WiFi is provided throughout the cottage. There is no private parking; a public car park with charges lies within half a mile, and a laundrette is roughly 0.2 miles away.

The cottage sleeps four across its two bedrooms and welcomes up to two dogs, with an additional charge applying. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
