Waterside views feature throughout the rooms, including from a bay window.

The kitchen is well fitted with an electric oven and hob, larder fridge, microwave and washer/dryer, plus a dining table for everyday meals. Two bedrooms sit along the hallway, one with a king-size bed and one twin room, both served by a shared family bathroom with a bath, shower over the bath and WC.

The property sleeps four in the bedrooms, with the trundle bed in the snug offering an optional extra sleeping spot rather than additional capacity. There is one allocated parking space for a single car, and internet access is available. No outside space is attached to the apartment, so anyone wanting a garden or terrace should look elsewhere.
