Truffle House

A custom-built single-storey house set within the gated grounds of a pub, Truffle House sleeps six across three bedrooms. The master has a super-king-size bed and an en-suite shower room within the dressing area. A king-size room and a twin zip-and-link room, configurable as a super-king on request, share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath and WC, plus a separate additional WC.

Bi-fold doors on two sides of the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area draw in natural light and lead onto a decked terrace. The sitting area is arranged around a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included, and a Smart TV. A large kitchen island and spacious dining table anchor the kitchen-diner, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and underfloor heating runs throughout.

To the rear, a fully enclosed garden has steps from the decking down to a lawn. The terrace holds a private sunken hot tub and garden furniture. A gas Weber BBQ is available on request. Private parking for two cars is provided and a shared play area sits 50 yards away. No dogs are permitted.

Westward Ho is around a mile away, with a two-mile sandy beach, a surf school and the South West Coast Path nearby. The on-site pub offers eat-in meals, takeaways and service packs, and a private chef can be arranged before arrival. A travel cot and highchair are available.
