This single-storey property sits on a small park of similar homes in a quiet rural setting, a few minutes' walk from Galmpton. The village has a range of shops and a well-regarded pub within walking distance, while Brixham lies about four miles away with its harbour, fishing trips and beaches.

The accommodation sleeps two across two bedrooms: a double room and a cosy single room suitable only for a child. The shower room has an electric shower and WC. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has a sofa, armchair, Smart TV and DVD player, with the dining area separating the lounge from the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice compartment, and a dishwasher.

Outside, a patio to the front of the property is furnished with a table and chairs, making a spot to sit with drinks in the evening. The park has a small shop for basic necessities and views over the River Dart. There is allocated parking for one car next to the property, with further parking available on site.

Wi-Fi is available, and bed linen is included. Electric and heating are included during the summer months, but from November to the end of March electric and heating are charged by meter reading. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is before 10:00.
