Spanish Boathouse

Spanish Boathouse is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of the River Dart, on the outskirts of Galmpton, a short drive south of Dartmoor National Park. It's reached down a short, steep hill and across a decked waterfront terrace, so it might not suit guests with limited mobility. Inside, an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is the main living space, and the apartment sleeps 2 in a single double bedroom.

The kitchen has an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a separate utility area. A bathroom with a bath and shower over serves the bedroom, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A private terrace with river views gives a spot to watch the water in the evening, and the Slipway cafe is within walking distance, though it isn't open every day. Allocated parking is provided a short distance from the apartment.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome from 16 October 2026. The shop, pub and beach are all around 1.6 miles away, and Galmpton itself sits between Paignton and Brixham with footpaths along the River Dart. The property is no smoking.
