Totes Cottage

Set on a 60-acre privately owned cliff-top estate above Westward Ho, this single-storey cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms. One super king-size room has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and WC; a second super king-size converts to twins on request; and the third twin room can be made up as a super king. A family shower room with WC serves the remaining bedrooms. The estate provides private access through the grounds to the South West Coast Path, and the beach, pubs, shops and restaurants are around 1.5 miles from the property.

Every room is on the ground floor. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area includes an electric flame-effect fire in the sitting area, alongside Smart TVs in the lounge and all bedrooms and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, wine cooler, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard garden has a private 6-person hot tub, gas BBQ, dining table, chairs and loungers. Parking for 2 cars is provided on site. Families also have access to a shared indoor play barn, open from Easter to the end of the October school holidays, with table football, table tennis, basketball and a small pool. A travel cot and highchair are available, and up to 2 dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply.

Towels are included. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is by 10:00.
