Tom's House

Tom's House sits on a 100-acre farm above Watermouth Castle on the North Devon coast, a couple of miles from Berrynarbor. The cottage is reached via a steep hill and stands next to the owners' farmhouse, with its own private front lawn overlooking the sea.

The first-floor bedroom is the focus of the cottage, with a 6-foot super king-size bed and sea views across the channel. Downstairs is a comfy sitting room with a dining area, a modern kitchen, and a bathroom with a half bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and the sitting room has a TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi. Eco-friendly biomass heating covers the cottage, with fuel and power included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and the property only accommodates babies in arms and infants under two, not older children.

Outside, the private lawn has furniture and sits beside a pond, with guests also free to wander the surrounding farm. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and the shop, pub and beach are all around 8 minutes' walk away. No pets are allowed and the cottage is no smoking throughout.
