Tideswell

This single-storey property sits on the edge of a quiet residential area of Braunton, with countryside views and no internal stairs, making everyday movement around the property straightforward for a group of up to five.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor: two king-size rooms and a single, served by one family bathroom fitted with a bath, walk-in shower and separate WC. The open living space combines an L-shaped sofa and tub chair with a dining area overlooking the street, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, plus a smart TV in the lounge.

Outside, a fully enclosed patio garden at the rear comes with garden furniture, suited to outdoor meals or simply sitting out. A private driveway provides parking for up to three cars, and the adjacent garage is available for storage rather than for a vehicle. A shop is around 500 metres away and a pub just over 150 metres from the door, while the beach is roughly three miles off.

Two dogs are welcome at this property, though additional charges may apply, and guests should bring their own beach towels. Internet access is available throughout, and the household is arranged over one level, with no stairs to negotiate between rooms.
