This property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac in Braunton, a North Devon village within a short drive of Saunton Sands, Woolacombe and Croyde. The village centre, with its shops, cafes and restaurants, is under half a mile away, and the Tarka Trail passes through the area for cycling and walking.

Inside, an open-plan kitchen and dining area forms the main social space, fitted with an electric double oven, separate gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a Lavazza coffee machine. Bi-fold doors open from here onto the outdoor seating areas. The lounge has a wood burner for cooler evenings and a smart TV with Freeview. Two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, a king-size and a queen-size, while the second king-size bedroom is upstairs with its own freestanding bath. There is one shower room with a WC, plus a separate WC downstairs. The property sleeps five in total.

Outside, a raised decked area with sun loungers steps down to a lawn and a paved patio with a BBQ and chiminea. A gravelled area at the front and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water suit dog walkers and beach-goers alike. A highchair and stairgate are available on request, making this a practical option for families travelling with young children.

Private parking is provided for two cars, and up to two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying. Short breaks are not available, so bookings run on a standard weekly pattern, with arrival from 3pm and departure by 9am. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
