This single-storey bungalow stands in a quiet residential area of Braunton, around a mile from the village's shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. It suits couples or small families, sleeping up to four across two bedrooms, and sits within easy reach of Saunton Sands, two miles away, and Croyde Bay, five miles away. The Tarka Trail, accessible from Braunton, provides 30 miles of flat, traffic-free track for walking or cycling, while Saunton Golf Club's championship links course lies 1.5 miles from the door.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with two fridges, two freezers, a dishwasher, an electric double oven, gas hob, an air fryer and a Tassimo coffee machine with pods provided. The lounge/dining room overlooks the garden and opens onto a paved courtyard with seating, accessed via an alleyway. A garden shed houses a tumble dryer and storage for bikes and surfboards, useful for those heading to the coast. Sky and a smart TV are fitted in the lounge, with further televisions in the king-size bedroom, twin bedroom and kitchen.

The two bedrooms comprise a king-size room and a twin, sharing the property's single bathroom, which is fully tiled and fitted with a shower cubicle, bath and WC. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, making the bungalow workable for families with young children.

Private parking is provided for up to three cars, and the enclosed paved garden, complete with parasol, offers a self-contained outdoor space for relaxing. Two dogs are permitted, though pets must be kept in the kitchen/dining room, and additional charges may apply. Guests should bring their own beach towels. The nearest shop and pub are a mile away, with the beach two miles distant. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
