This reverse-level property sits within level walking distance of the beach, shops and pubs at Westward Ho, with the coastline and countryside of North Devon close by. Sleeping up to six, it has a contemporary layout with living space on the first floor to take advantage of views towards the sea.

On the ground floor, a light entrance hallway leads to all three bedrooms. Two king-size rooms each have their own en-suite shower room, a TV and patio doors opening onto the garden, while a twin room also has a TV. A separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC serves the ground floor, and a utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with the kitchen fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, under-counter freezer and dishwasher, plus a table seating six. The lounge has a Smart TV, a Sonos speaker system and glass doors onto a private balcony.

Outside, the enclosed lawn garden is set up for family use, with a portable badminton and volleyball net, rackets and a wooden tumble tower, along with bodyboards for trips to the beach. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and Wi-Fi is included throughout the stay.

A travel cot and highchair are available on request, making this a practical option for families with young children. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is by 10am.
