This first-floor apartment looks directly over the beach at Westward Ho, with large windows in the open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner framing the view out to sea. The lounge has comfortable sofa seating and a Smart TV, while the dining area seats four alongside a kitchen fitted with an integrated electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. A separate utility cupboard houses the washing machine.

The apartment sleeps four across two bedrooms. The king-size room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC, and opens onto the balcony. The twin bedroom sits off the same inner hallway, and a further separate shower room with WC is available for guests using this second room.

Outside, a spacious balcony patio runs along the front of the apartment, furnished for outdoor dining or simply sitting with a view across the sand and sea as the light fades. The apartment is reached via an internal staircase or lift, useful for luggage or anyone who prefers not to use stairs. One car can be parked in the secure underground car park, reached by the same lift, with further visitor parking available on a first come, first served basis in the gated car park at the front of the building.

Internet access is available throughout, and a travel cot and highchair can be provided for younger guests. Dogs are not permitted at this property. A pub and shops are within walking distance, useful for a quick supply run or an evening out without needing the car.
