The Water Tower Studio

The Water Tower Studio sits in countryside close to Seaton, a holiday home built around bright, open-plan living. Downstairs, the kitchen, dining area and sitting area share one space with a stylish breakfast bar, and a feature spiral staircase leads up to the two bedrooms above.

Upstairs, choose between the king-size or the twin, which can be made up as a king-size on request; both share a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. Gas central heating warms the property, and the kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. A TV, CD player and WiFi are provided, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are supplied too.

A private patio and lawn are laid out with garden furniture, though the garden itself is not enclosed, worth bearing in mind when you book. Parking is provided for 2 cars, and one well-behaved dog is welcome for an extra charge. The narrow spiral staircase to the bedrooms is worth bearing in mind when booking.

The shop is 1.1 miles away and the pub 1.3 miles. Smoking is not permitted, and EV charging is not available at the property, so plan any charging stops elsewhere on the journey.
